Double Trouble Smoothie Bowl

When I simply cannot decide on which smoothie bowl I want for breakfast, I make two and stick ‘em in a bowl together… tropical taste sensation. This is a simple recipe you can play about with yourself – throw in a few extra bits and bobs if you fancy. I have kept this one super simple for you.

Ingredients

Mango Tango

1 cup Frozen mango

1 cup Frozen pineapple

1/2 Banana

1 Passion Fruit

3/4 cup Coconut Water (or normal water)

2 tsp Lucuma Powder (optional)

Very Berry

1 cup Frozen mixed berries

1/2 Banana

1/2 cup Coconut Water (or normal water)

Topping Options

Fresh Fruit, nuts, nut butter, dried berries, seeds, edible flowers, cacao nibs, bee pollen.

Method

ONE. Add all the Mango Tango ingredients into a blender and blendy-blend.

TWO. Add all the Very Berry ingredients into a blender and blendy-blend again.

THREE. Pour the smoothies into a bowl and top with your favourite goodies.

Now sit back and pretend your sat on a beach in Fiji – oh wouldn’t that be nice.
